The contributions are used for specific tasks defined by the Board of Directors, such as developing new radio broadcasts, counseling, evangelism, discipleship and web development. All work is performed on a task basis, instead of salary. This enables us to have precise accountability for all contributions and their applications. For the past year, the contribution levels have allowed Aaron Budjen to be compensated for approximately 25% of his time developing and operating this ministry.
